About the Role
The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive speech therapy services to children ages 018. This role includes evaluating diagnosing and treating a variety of speech and language disorders while developing individualized treatment plans based on each childs needs.
The SLP will work closely with parents caregivers and a multidisciplinary team to support skill development carryover outside of therapy sessions and consistent progress toward treatment goals.
Requirements
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Active state SLP license
Minimum 2 years of pediatric SLP experience
Experience assessing and treating a variety of speech and language disorders
Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches
Excellent communication documentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Passion for working with children and families
Full-time availability MondayFriday during regular business hours with occasional evening or weekend needs
