What Youll Do

As your patients 1:1 nurse youll provide skilled nursing care while supporting their comfort safety and daily routines.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing nursing care as ordered
Medication administration and treatments
Monitoring your patients condition throughout the shift
Following the individualized plan of care
Communicating with the family and Castor clinical team
Completing required nursing documentation
Providing compassionate age-appropriate care

What Youll Need

Active Illinois RN or LPN license
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Strong assessment and communication skills
A dependable and compassionate approach to care
Comfort working one-on-one with a young pediatric patient

Pay & Benefits

RN: Starting at $35/hour
LPN: Starting at $30/hour
