PC Support Specialist

Job Summary: Responsible for installing and maintaining user devices to include but not limited to computers copiers printers phones tablets etc.

Role and Responsibilities

• Installs maintains and deploys end user computing devices
• Installs and maintains supporting software copiers printers and fax machines
• Configures and schedules software updates and security patch management for end user devices.
• Maintains accurate IT equipment inventory
• Creates purchase requisitions for approved/standard equipment.
• Maintains an inventory of running spares of important equipment
• Provides training support of end user computing devices.
• First and Second level troubleshooting for end user computing devices.
• Warranty parts order and return for end user computing devices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2-year technical degree in computer field or equivalent experience.
