Patient Concierge

Lifekind Health is looking for a full-time Patient Concierge in our Riverside clinic to provide stellar customer service and uphold the companys vision and value.

Schedule: Monday Friday 7:45 am 4:45 pm

About the position:

• Warmly welcomepatientat time of check-in. Check-in all patients in EHR & obtain vitals (COVID screening blood pressure temperature height weight and pain levels)
• Update patient information (address phone number)
• Keep patients updated on their wait time
• Answer all calls throughout the day in a professional manner anddirectcalls to theappropriate staffmember
• Place calls to pharmacies to update or cancel patient Rx
• Prepare lobbyarea and set up for treatments for the day
• Enrollment of new patients thoroughly explaining the program treatments and attendance requirements. (Offer transportationcheck insurance eligibility capture photo add patient to profile enter demographics)
• Ensure patients always have a once-a-month medical check-up and scheduling evaluation for researchHBA1Cand UDS collection
• Print CURES reports prior to appointment for phase 1 day and medical day
• Input patient insurance authorizations into Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Maintainsafeand clean working environment bycomplying withprocedures rules and regulations
• Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and HIPAA protocols

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Medical Assistant diploma or certificate preferred
• Strongproficiencyin medical terminology
• Strong computer skills including Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient use of fax and scanning machines
