PositionSummary:

• Displays exemplary customer service at all timeswith both internal and external customers including a positivefriendlyand caring attitude

• Greets patients and visitorsdeterminesthe nature of theirvisitand providesaccurateappropriate information

• Provides information regardingparticular examsand procedures including prep information.

• Prepares processes andmaintainsall confidential records on new and existing patients.

• Verifies patient identity retrieves and processes current patient insurance information and checks for exam authorization during check in and billing processes

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Mustdemonstratea pleasant professional demeanor.

• Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully verbally and in writing and to motivate others

• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of medical reception tasks clinic procedures medicalterminologyand paperwork processing requirements.
