Diehl Kia of Beaver is seeking an experienced motivated Parts Manager to lead our dealerships Parts Department. • Oversee all daily operations of the Parts Department
• Hire train coach and manage parts department employees
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels while controlling obsolete and aged inventory
• Monitor parts sales gross profit expenses and departmental performance
• Ensure accurate ordering receiving stocking and distribution of parts
• Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians receive parts quickly and accurately
• Develop and maintain wholesale and retail parts business
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers
• Handle special orders returns warranty parts and manufacturer requirements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory controls
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor department KPIs and identify opportunities to improve profitability
• Maintain a clean organized and efficient parts department
• Deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers

• Previous automotive dealership Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience strongly preferred
• Kia or other manufacturer dealership experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations and inventory management
• Experience managing employees and developing a successful team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of parts pricing gross profit inventory turns and departmental profitability
• Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with Service Sales and dealership management
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
