Parts Counterperson

Smith Ford a family-owned and operated dealership in Lordsburg NM is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team. Whether you are experienced in automotive parts or looking to start a new career path we provide the training necessary to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers shop technicians and wholesale accounts in identifying and purchasing required Ford parts and accessories.

• Lookup parts using digital catalog systems and assist with inventory management stocking and organizing.

• Handle incoming calls answer customer questions and process orders promptly.

• Receive inspect and unbox incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service communication and basic computer skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous automotive or parts experience is a plus but not requiredwe will train the right person.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
