Partnership Manager

• Proven success in corporate partnership development employer engagement or business development.
• Industry knowledge in healthcare business & finance construction & engineering information technology and media & design fields.
• At least two years prior experience in partnership and/or business development with a demonstrated book of business whom you can immediately engage.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a track record of meeting outreach and engagement goals.
• Event/project/volunteer management experience (Preferred).
• Experience in workforce development career-connected learning or youth programs (Preferred).
• Ability to take initiative and achieve goals with minimum supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable leading presentations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work within a results-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with New York Citys education landscape (Preferred).
• Willingness to travel to sites across New York City.
