Job Summary
Position Summary
Individual Group and Family mental health services are rendered across the lifespan by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Psychologist as an outpatient behavioral health service under the direction of the Associate Dean of Interprofessional Education and Community Engagement. A person in this position will work closely with patients to assess their mental health needs create individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing counseling and support. As part of the Community Care Clinic team you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
