Required Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : The successful candidate must meet one of the following minimum qualifications: A Bachelors degree or higher in any discipline AND two (2) years of professional coaching experience OR An Associates degree in any discipline AND six (6) years of professional coaching experience. The professional experience required must be directly related to the sport of the faculty members teaching addition to the minimum qualifications your experience should also reflect: A . Demonstrated cultural competency sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic socioeconomic cultural disability and ethnic backgrounds of community college students. B . Successful coaching experience at the collegiate level preferably in the designated sport. C. Successful recruiting experience at the collegiate level.
