Flexible part-time opportunity for experienced engineering professionals. We are seeking qualified HVAC Plumbing and Electrical Engineers to support our development of company master specifications. This role is ideal for experienced engineers semi-retired professionals or consultants looking for meaningful part-time work approximately 23 days per week.

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 23 days per week with flexibility based on project needs and candidate availability. Remote hybrid or in-office arrangements may be considered depending on the candidates location and the nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting updating and maintaining company master specifications. (Specpoint Software).
- Collaborate with engineers designers and project managers to improve document quality and consistency.
- Professional experience in MEP engineering design including specific experience with large technical & complex projects in mission critical and laboratory design.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings specifications codes coordination practices and QA/QC review processes.
- Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with internal project teams.
- Prior experience developing or reviewing master specifications is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
