As our new Bar Back you will be part of the Cigars International Retail & Hospitality Team and play an important role in supporting daily bar operations and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with bartenders servers and management to maintain efficient service standards and support the overall success of the business. This is a great opportunity to grow your hospitality experience within one of the fastest-growing cigar companies in the country.

What your day will look like

• Maintaining fully stocked ice bins liquor wells and beer coolers for bartenders.
• Assisting cocktail servers and support staff by clearing and resetting tables.
• Supporting trash removal and recycling efforts throughout the facility.
• Communicating operational concerns and guest-related issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Assisting management with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
• Rotating and replacing kegs as needed.
• Supporting the cleaning bussing stocking and organization of glassware.
• Keeping guest-facing areas clean organized and free of debris.
• Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility.
• Providing excellent support to bartenders and service staff in a high-volume environment.

What youll bring

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand walk bend reach and perform physical tasks throughout a shift.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends holidays and peak business periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a bar restaurant hospitality or related customer service environment.
• Experience supporting high-volume food and beverage operations.
