We are actively seeking experienced Automotive Parts Counter Professionals for current and future dealership opportunities. Whether youre supporting technicians at a busy service department assisting retail customers or working wholesale accounts wed like to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians service advisors and customers with parts identification and ordering.
• Accurately look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stocking procedures.
• Process parts orders returns and warranty transactions.
• Support retail wholesale and internal service department customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians and service personnel.
• Maintain organized inventory and work areas.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and dealership personnel.
• Meet department performance and customer satisfaction expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
• Dealership parts department experience highly valued.
• Knowledge of automotive systems components and manufacturer parts catalogs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK Reynolds & Reynolds Dealertrack Tekion or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Valid drivers license preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience with domestic import luxury hybrid diesel and EV brands is welcomed.
