Paraprofessional (RBT)

$22$25/hour Based on Experience & Education Flexible Scheduling

ABA Express is looking for a passionate energetic and compassionate RBT/Paraprofessional to join our growing clinical team!

If you love working with children supporting families and helping clients reach their goals wed love to meet you.

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision in home school and center-based settings

• Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours

• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Participate in 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-ins

• Communicate professionally with families and supervising BCBAs

• Build positive supportive relationships with clients and families

• At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification

• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience creativity reliability and a genuine passion for supporting the Autistic community

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
