Position Details

• Caseload: 1:1 or small group student support (Elementary & Middle School Options)
• Schedule: Monday Friday
• Hours: 35 hours/week
• Dates: August 2026 May 2027
• Location: Onsite in Thornton CO

Responsibilities

• Assist students with daily living activities mobility feeding and hygiene needs
• Support students in the classroom and during school activities
• Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams
• Document services and share observations with the support team
• Promote student safety independence and dignity
• Collaborate with educators therapists and nurses to meet student needs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with children or students with special needs (preferred)
• Ability to follow medical behavioral and personal care protocols
• Dependable patient and compassionate with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must pass background check and any school-specific onboarding requirements
