Emplify Health by Gundersen Tri-County is seeking a full-time (0.9 FTE) Paramedic. In this role you will staff the emergency room and ambulance providing rapid hands-on support for patients with urgent and emergent needs. They assist with triage patient monitoring procedures and transport coordination while working closely with the care team to help deliver safe efficient emergency care.

What you will do:

• Work 12-hour night shifts

• Every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday

What you will need:

• Post-high school education in a specialized field: completion of an approved paramedic program by the State of Wisconsin

• 6 months of prior direct patient care experience

• Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic - Wisconsin (EMT-P) National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic (NREMT-P) or Critical Care Paramedic Endorsement (CCEMT-P)

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers with hands-on learning from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Valid drivers license (DL)

• Valid certified emergency vehicle operator (CEVO or EVOC) within 1 year of hire
