Key Responsibilities
Manage estate and trust administration matters from asset collection through final distribution
Prepare inventories schedules and accountings using financial and legal documentation
Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for attorney review and Florida e-filing
Assist with preparation of IRS Forms 706 709 and 1041
Track deadlines and manage probate and trust administration schedules
Serve as a liaison between attorneys clients beneficiaries and financial institutions
Utilize legal and tax software systems to organize case materials and filings
Proofread and review documents for accuracy compliance and completeness
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Florida estate and trust administration experience
Hands-on experience preparing or assisting with Forms 706 709 and 1041
Knowledge of Florida probate procedures and e-filing systems
Formal paralegal training certificate associates degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational communication and proofreading skills
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
