San Mateo-Foster City School District is looking for Para-Educators I Extended Day (teachers assistants) to work in our after-school program. Roving/various sites (4.5 hrs/day) 3 positions 4.5 hrs/day MT TH F - 2pm to 6pm & Wednesdays - 11:30am to 6pmRoving/various sites (6.5 hrs/day) 1 position 6.5 hrs/day MTWThF - 11:30am to 6pmRoving/various sites (8 hours/day) 2 positions 8 hours/day MTWThF 7am - 8:30am; 11:30am - 6pmDefinition:Under general supervision to assist teacher in planning supervision curriculum development and classroom arrangement organization and maintenance; to provide instructional support and learning enrichment using developmentally appropriate practices and materials; to monitor child safety perform housekeeping functions and assist in the physical care and feeding of children; and to perform related work as required.
