What You Will Do:
- Responsible for priming and final painting of detail parts and final assemblies to current spec requirements
- Maintain paint equipment mix paint paint control.
- Follow standard operating procedures and specifications
- Mix paint to specified viscosity
- Clean assemble and adjust spray guns and equipment
- Wash wipe and sand parts when necessary
- Mask and prep parts for paint as required
- Cure parts after topcoat application
- Operate Chart recorders
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: We Prefer:
- Experience spraying with paint guns
- Experience with applying coatings to metal in paint booths
- Experience with prepping (taping applying plastic covers filling in holes etc.)
- Basic computer skills; Excel Word Email
- Able to operate a curing oven and chart recorders.
- Ability to interpret blueprints

The salary range for this role is $38841 - $72849. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
