Job/Practice Description: Pain Medicine

• Location: Munster IN (30 mins from Chicago!)
• Full-time permanent position: 10% inpatient / 90% outpatient
• Pain clinic affiliated with a 458 bed local hospital
• MondayFriday flexible work schedule
• Approximately 25 clinic patients per day
• Call rotation: 1:4
• Subspecialty interests encouraged with flexibility to design practice around personal goals
• Procedures:
• Epidural Steroid Injections
• Branch Blocks
• Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) for Pain
• Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant
• Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant (Trial Procedure)
• Trigger Point Injections
• Pain Pumps

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
• Credentialing process takes approximately 90120 days after an offer is accepted
