Job Description

Primary responsibilities include disassembly cleaning inspection repair and assembly of reciprocating engine and compressor components and auxiliary precision measuring instruments such as micrometers dial indicators bore gauges and take accurate measurements and assess dimensional integrity of with other team members to analyze inspection results and develop repair plans for mechanical equipment and instrumentationEnsure proper handling storage and organization of disassembled equipment components to prevent damage or reassembly of repaired or replaced components in accordance with technical specification and quality and sign off on test runs and quality assurance checks. Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines wear required and appropriate and follow company health safety and environmental (HSE) a clean and organized work environment. Operate overhead cranes torches grinders and forklifts when to work overtime nights weekends as deemed necessary by independently in a fast-paced productive parts and materials used and process requisition of new parts and material.
