Support Staff: 2 APPs (clinic & OR) 1 RN 5 MAs & 1 Office Staff

Required Procedures/Skills:

- Facial trauma experience (includes Mandible Fracture Repairs; General head & neck experience only); Complex head & neck is not required.

- General Otolaryngology (Surgical & Non-surgical)

Trauma Level: I

Facility PEDS Level: III

Other Info: Comprehensive ENT practice

Requirements:

Active MT License or IMLC

BC/BE

BLS ACLS (AHA)

Facial trauma experience (includes Mandible Fracture Repairs General head & neck experience only)
