Job Summary
The Organizational Development (OD) consultant is responsible for providing support to leaders that will increase leadership capabilities and improve team effectiveness. Reporting to the Director People Solutions this role will be responsible for understanding desired goals (at the organization and department level) assessing the gap in talent needs implementing evidenced-based interventions and measuring the impact to ensure sustained improvement. Partnering with the Director People Solutions to deliver on areas of focus defined in the organizational development strategy.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in HR management Organizational Development or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience in building implementing and/or measuring organizational development interventions.
Required Credentials
N/A.
Preferred
Healthcare experience.
5 years of experience in building implementing and/or measuring organizational development interventions.
Masters degree in Organizational Development or related.
Enneagram certification.
Prosci certification.
HR Certification Change management or design certification.
Minimum of 2 years experience in development coaching (at all employee levels).
Compensation Range
$118174.00 - $177262.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
