Order Processor South Bend IN
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Order Processor to join their retail operations team. This full-time position is responsible for processing customer orders coordinating shipments assisting with customer inquiries and supporting overall order fulfillment operations. The company is looking for someone organized dependable and comfortable working with both internal teams and customers to ensure accurate and timely service.

Job Duties:
Processing and verifying customer orders for accuracy and completeness
Generating shipping tickets and forwarding paperwork for fulfillment
Creating printing and mailing invoices to customers
Assisting with shipment tracking through FedEx and UPS
Responding to customer questions regarding order status and shipping details
Communicating with customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules
Following up on orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Maintaining organized customer records and order documentation
Generating reports and assisting with administrative office tasks
Working closely with warehouse shipping and sales teams to support daily operations

Requirements:
Previous experience in order processing customer service or administrative support preferred

Dependable follow-up and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
