Job Summary
Join nocnocs warehouse team and help us deliver a world-class cross-border shopping experience to customers throughout Latin America.
As an Order Fulfillment Associate you will receive inventory pick and pack customer orders scan products apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup. This is an active hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
No previous warehouse experience is requiredon-the-job training is provided.
What Youll Do
- Receive inspect and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products safely and apply the correct shipping labels.
- Scan and confirm every order in the warehouse system.
- Sort and stage packages for carrier pickup.
- Report damaged missing or incorrect inventory.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
- Meet daily productivity and order-accuracy goals.
What Youll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
- Availability for flexible shifts weekends and peak-season overtime.
Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with handheld scanners are helpful but not required.
Basic Spanish proficiency is preferred; English is not required.
