Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion R2R Solution Architect to lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) transformation within a large-scale Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion implementation. The candidate will drive financial architecture reporting reconciliation and close processes while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle Fusion R2R workstream for enterprise ERP transformation
Define target-state architecture across:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Accounting Hub
- Financial Reporting
Support financial close transformation and ledger migration strategy
Drive reconciliation processes and audit readiness requirements
Lead testing strategy cutover planning and historical data validation
Partner with Finance teams to ensure successful adoption
Support hypercare and long-term finance transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

10 years of Oracle ERP implementation experience
Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules
Proven experience leading R2R transformations
Strong understanding of accounting financial close and reconciliation processes
Experience with Oracle EBS Fusion migrations
Strong stakeholder management and enterprise implementation experience
