Seeking a Senior Specialist with 10 to 13 years of experience to lead Oracle Cloud Migration initiatives within the Oracle IAASOCI domain
Lead and execute Oracle Cloud Migration projects ensuring seamless transition of enterprise workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OCI Utilize deep expertise in Oracle IAASOCI services to design implement and optimize cloud solutions
Collaborate with cross functional teams to align migration strategies with business objectives and technical requirements Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and governance frameworks throughout migration Drive continuous improvement by monitoring cloud performance cost optimization and adopting best practices Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members on Oracle Cloud technologies and migration processes

Architect scalable secure and cost effective OCI solutions tailored to migration needs Plan and manage end to end Oracle Cloud Migration activities including assessment design testing and deployment Implement OCI IAM policies and security controls to safeguard cloud environments Design and configure Virtual Cloud Networks VCNs hybrid connectivity load balancing and disaster recovery architectures
Collaborate with infrastructure application and security teams to ensure smooth migration and integration
Document migration plans technical designs and operational procedures Stay updated with latest OCI features and tools to enhance migration efficiency Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving migration related issues
