We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to support ongoing client implementations and enhancements across Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Journeys Security and integrations.
This is a hands-on contract role for someone who can independently design configure troubleshoot and deliver technical Oracle HCM solutions in fast-paced client environments. The ideal candidate is highly technical detail-oriented responsive and comfortable owning deliverables directly with customers.
This opportunity is ideal for consultants who enjoy solving complex configuration challenges building scalable solutions and working alongside a highly experienced Oracle HCM consulting team.
Required Skills & Experience
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Strong hands-on experience with:
Fast Formulas
Offer Letter XML configuration and troubleshooting
Two-way messaging setup/configuration
VBS (Visual Builder Studio) experience preferred
Candidate lifecycle and recruiting process configuration
Journeys
Journey configuration and deployment
Fast Formula development for Journeys logic and personalization
Oracle HCM Technical / Security
Oracle HCM Security configuration experience
Role design and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Pending Worker setup and processing
Oracle SSO / identity integration experience
Data Loading & Technical Tools
HDL (HCM Data Loader) experience
Loading Lists and bulk data processing
Ability to troubleshoot HDL errors independently
What Were Looking For
3 years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical consulting experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Consulting mindset with strong accountability and follow-through

Nice to Have
Experience working in consulting environments
