Oracle Application Analyst (C2MCcs)

Job Summary

Fayetteville Public Works Commission is seeking an Oracle Application Analyst (C2M/CCS) to support maintain and enhance enterprise utility applications including Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) and Customer Cloud Service (CCS). This role ensures reliable system performance while supporting customer service and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daytoday support for Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS applications
• Troubleshoot analyze and resolve system and application issues
• Configure and maintain application functionality
• Support integrations APIs batch processes and interface monitoring
• Execute system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Assist with upgrades patches and change management processes
• Develop and maintain system documentation and knowledgebase materials
• Partner with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Generate reports and support data extraction using queries
• Support customer service billing and metertocash processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree 3 years of application support experience
  OR Associate degree 7 years experience
  OR High school diploma 11 years experience
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
• Understanding of SDLC and change management processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Utilities C2M CCS or CIS platforms
• Knowledge of utility billing and metertocash processes
• Experience with integrations APIs or SaaS/cloud applications
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Experience with testing upgrades and release management
