Pay: $105000.00 - $110000.00 per year

Salary: $105000 -$110000 annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

Location: Bronx & Weschester

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our non-profit team to be responsible to provide nursing services coordination and monitoring of medical services including psychiatric and medication in accordance with regulatory agencies and individual needs.

Job Description:

• Train and supervise the administration of medication and documents findings.
• Collect and interpret clinical data and will determine appropriate intervention needed.
• Make sure necessary medications are available to individuals.
• Prioritize individual medical needs and provide necessary nursing care.
• Will provide counseling and case management for assigned individuals.
• Will develop individualized care plans based on physician recommendations and orders.
• Assess and provide medically related trainings to DSPs. i.e. AMAP.
• Initiate standing doctors orders ensure that they are communicated and followed.
• Utilize the nursing process and triage agency individuals when necessary.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• NYS RN Certification is mandatory
• Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) Degree highly desirable.
• Valid unrestricted NYS Drivers License to agency standard
• Valid transportation to travel between locations.
• Ability to triage urgent and crisis situations; solve problems and stay focused.
• Flexibility as days hours and location may change based on agency needs.
