Optometry Manager

A well-established hospital located near Oconomowoc WI is seeking a full-time permanent Optometry Manager to join its organization. Relocation assistance is provided with this opportunity!

• Pay range: $90000 - $100000/year
  

Optometry Manager Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent direct-hire position
  
• Schedule: Monday Friday 7 to 5
  
• An eligible bonus will be provided for the selected Optometry Manager
  
• The Optometry Manager will manage staff develop and monitor budgets implement practice policies and communicate with the administrative staff
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives for service delivery and patient satisfaction
  
• Manage inventory including ordering and maintaining supplies
  

Optometry Manager Requirements:

• Associates degree in business administration and/or healthcare management required
  
• 1 3 years of management experience in a physicians practice or outpatient clinic setting
  
• Knowledgeable about eye insurance along with medical billing/coding
