What Youll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment across processes such as drying freezing grinding sifting and packaging while maintaining safety and efficiency.
- Set up assemble disassemble clean and sanitize equipment and work areas between production runs.
- Load unload transfer and transport materials and finished products throughout the production process.
- Perform quality checks including CCP verifications and identify and escalate any product or process issues.
- Follow all safety protocols including PPE and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and participate in safety meetings and training.
- Support team operations by communicating effectively assisting with training and preparing for upcoming production needs.
What Youll Bring
- At least six months of production experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic reading writing and math skills with the ability to accurately track counts weights and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive accountable approach.
- Forklift experience preferred and basic computer or ERP system familiarity a plus.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Regular standing walking climbing stairs and ladders bending stooping kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push or pull equipment and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Required use of personal protective equipment including respirators hearing protection eye protection and head protection.
- Ability to work in dusty cold hot humid wet loud or outdoor environments depending on assignment.
- Primarily production-based work with minimal administrative duties and the ability to meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
