We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in Fort Washington PA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment on aschedule with day shifts from 6:15 am to 6:45 pm. • Operate maintain and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment
• Set up calibrate and optimize machinery for top-quality production
• Oversee process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procedures and drive innovation
• Accurately document production metrics machine logs and perform quality checks
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of manufacturing experience with proven expertise in machine operation
• Strong understanding of setup adjustments and equipment troubleshooting
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with SOPs GMP or related standards
• Additional certifications in related fields

Drug testing is not required for this position. This is a non-remote opportunity with a total of 1744 hours per year working 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
