All about the role:
The Operations & Systems Supply Chain Manager leads warehouse operations and digital manufacturing solutions for the Springfield plant. This role is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient material flow from receiving through production overseeing manufacturing systems and data integrity and driving operational excellence through process optimization and digital transformation.
The position combines operational leadership with digital expertise to improve performance simplify processes reduce costs and support continuous improvement across the site.

This position will be based in Springfield TN.
What youll do:
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving inventory control storage picking and production replenishment ensuring uninterrupted material flow and cost optimization.
Improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts audits corrective actions and robust inventory governance.
Drive warehouse material handling and process improvements to increase operational efficiency productivity and space utilization.
Strengthen EHS compliance and workplace safety while optimizing labor productivity workforce planning and staffing.
Lead digital manufacturing and transformation initiatives delivering automation system integration and continuous improvement programs.
Manage MES ERP reporting and production data systems ensuring data integrity governance and operational reliability.
Partner with IT and Operations to enhance system performance user adoption and real-time operational visibility through OT and enterprise system integration.
Lead coach and develop supervisors and frontline teams fostering accountability engagement continuous improvement and succession planning.
Own key operational KPIs (safety delivery inventory accuracy productivity scrap and absenteeism) and leveraged analytics dashboards training and change management to drive performance improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in supply chain engineering or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of manufacturing supply chain warehouse or operations leadership experience.
Proven track record leading large teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong expertise in MES/WMS (Delmia Apriso preferred) ERP systems and system integrations.
Experience leading cross-functional process improvement transformation and change management initiatives.
Proficient in data analytics reporting and visualization tools.
