We are seeking an Operations Support Representative to join our team! Your responsibilities involve the overall support and management of client relationships. You will assist in onboarding new clients both collecting the relevant information and executing the tasks necessary to build their accounts and set up their chat service. You will also work directly with the client to both preemptively and reactively address their needs. You will have the opportunity to be directly responsible for client outreach and will be expected to both be comfortable and professional while speaking on the phone and writing emails.

At Internet Brands we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary.
