The Role

We currently require a highly driven and focused Operations Support Coordinator to join our Burswoodteam.

As part of this role you will assist in the overall administration & management of activities on a high profile contract ensuringthe delivery of all required work in a safe timely and client-required manner to support the delivery of. Programmed Facility Management (PFM) Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures administrative and support processes are adhered to in line with Programmed FM quality systems and procedures.
• Provides prompt responses to incoming requests including via phone and email.
• Ensures that all administrative processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures all information and documentation is safely stored in accordance with policy considering the confidentiality and security requirements of the contract.
• Assists with generating and completing reports as required and ensures they meet specified timeframes and quality standards.
• Processes variation requests to ensure compliance with Programmed and contractual standards and seeks approval in line with contract requirements.
• Maintains an effective filing system.
• Supports the sustainability initiatives and programmes implemented within Programmed FM and Programmed.
• Provides feedback and participates in continuous improvement initiatives to assist the wider OCC in improving results in line with contractual obligations.
• Supports cultural initiatives and programmes implemented within Programmed FM and Programmed.
• Actively identifies hazards in the workplace and assists in mitigating or eliminating them.
• Ensures that required compliance-based activities are undertaken in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Skills and experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in driving business capability improvement activities or lead role in client insights and/or innovation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment for continual learning and personal development
• Practical approach to solution development
