Operations Supervisor

Location: SIXT Rent a Car Indianapolis Area
Pay: $60000$75000 per year including a monthly car allowance

SIXT Rent a Car part of the Tom Wood Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our customer-focused team in the Indianapolis this role you will lead and develop team members while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and smooth day-to-day operations.

The Operations Supervisor will play an important role in driving sales and profitability through coaching training team development and effective operational management.

• Lead the team to ensure daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are completed according to company standards.

• Train coach and develop new and existing team members to help them succeed.

• Motivate employees through goal setting coaching feedback and follow-up.

• Build a strong team environment focused on accountability communication and performance.

• Meet and exceed departmental objectives including conversion and lead-generation goals.

• Create a culture of ownership and accountability while addressing employee concerns as needed.

• Communicate company values goals and expectations clearly to team members.

• Create and maintain employee schedules based on operational needs.

• Ensure employees follow assigned schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales improve performance and drive profitability.

• Support cross-functional communication to improve overall operations and working conditions.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer needs as necessary.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 35 years of sales experience required.

• 35 years of car rental experience preferred.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to coach motivate and develop team members.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience creating and managing employee schedules.

• Ability to effectively communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful or unusual situations.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.

• Must be willing to wear company-provided uniforms.

• Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.

• Must be available to work day and night shifts weekends and holidays.

• Competitive salary of $60000$75000 per year
