Pathmark Transportation is Hiring morning ShiftOperation Supervisor.

• Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast- pace warehouse team environment
• Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or proceeding productivity standards and cost control management.
• Ensure exceptional customersservice by meeting key performance indicators ( order fill rate accuracy unannounced inspections inventory accuracy etc.) for assigned are of responsibility
• Achieve performance goals through KPI Monitoring promote LEAN principles and process improvement
• Lean and maintain a clean professional and safe work environment Meet or exceed corporate safety goals.
• Effectively communicate goals expectations area of improvement and successes to associate
• Coach Train and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Assist our wide range of clients with the need and demands
• 2 years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementation and managing changing
• Listing skills and strong abilities to collaborate communicate and motivate others to accomplish goals
• Demonstrate success in problem- solving and decision- making to overcome obstacles to maximize opportunities
• Ability to manage fast- pace environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals
• Strong organization and muilti- tasking skills agility and ability to be cross trained

Shift: Sunday through Thursday Day Shift- Flexible

Experience:

• 2 Years Supervisor expereince- Required
• Bi-Lingual- Preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Excel Web- Based TMS Applications- Required
• Supply Chain/ Logistics experience- Required
