The Position:

Operations Supervisor

Location: Chicagoland - (Bolingbrook IL)

Shift:

2nd Shift

Monday - Friday 5:00PM-1:00AM

Must be able to train on 1st shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70000-$80000

Essential Functions:

• Coach manage and develop a team of 25-100 associates

• Communicate policies to your team and act as the primary information source for the team- maintaining compliance consistency and taking corrective action when needed

• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality

• Create daily shift plans and execute shift operations

• Maintain a safe orderly and clean working environment

• Maintain adequate levels of supplies required to fill foreseeable needs

• Complete all necessary administrative duties in a timely manner

• Work overtime depending on business needs

• Inspire and lead a wide variety of employees to work together for the shared business goals

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years as a Warehouse/Distribution/Shift Supervisor managing 10 employees

• Bachelors Degree strongly preferred

• Adept at the ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment.

• Ability to analyze and dive deep into data to provide thought-provoking workable business solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong leadership skills - ability to inspire and unafraid to deal with difficulty

• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

• Painstaking attention to detail - ability to spot potential issues and create systems to prevent them

• Flexibility - comfort with change in process requirements or schedule

• Very strong work ethic - ability to lead by example
