Position Overview
WerehiringaOperations ProjectSpecialistto bridge the gap between customers commissioning teams factory operations andservice the execution of complex electrical distribution projects for data centers hyper-scalers oil & gas clean power and industrial clients.
This is a customer-facing operations role whereyoullcoordinatedomestic manufacturing effortsstartupand after-sales service efforts manage timelines communicateprogressand keep everyone alignedthroughout the equipment lifecycle. Ideal for someone who thrives on clarity communication and fast-moving infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders factory teams andservice partners.
Manage technical executionof efforts in the field.
Track project changes spec updates and approval timelines.
Supportservice and spare parts proposalsfield documentation andequipment lifecycle managementin collaboration with engineering.
Provide technical supportforinternal teamsservice providersand customer technical inquiries in collaboration with Engineering.
Travel to domestic and international manufacturing sites for coordination.
What You Offer
Project management experience in industrial/electrical/field serviceenvironments
Ability to read drawings schedules and technical submittals
Familiarity with Bluebeam MS Dynamics ERPCRMand project tracking tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead take initiative assess risk problem solve and detail-oriented
Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field; MBA is a plus
Five plus years project management experience
Experience in the industrial power equipment or related industry
Experience working with international teams is a plus
Ability to work independently and remotely
