Position Overview

WerehiringaOperations ProjectSpecialistto bridge the gap between customers commissioning teams factory operations andservice the execution of complex electrical distribution projects for data centers hyper-scalers oil & gas clean power and industrial clients.

This is a customer-facing operations role whereyoullcoordinatedomestic manufacturing effortsstartupand after-sales service efforts manage timelines communicateprogressand keep everyone alignedthroughout the equipment lifecycle. Ideal for someone who thrives on clarity communication and fast-moving infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders factory teams andservice partners.

  • Manage technical executionof efforts in the field.

  • Track project changes spec updates and approval timelines.

  • Supportservice and spare parts proposalsfield documentation andequipment lifecycle managementin collaboration with engineering.

  • Provide technical supportforinternal teamsservice providersand customer technical inquiries in collaboration with Engineering.

  • Travel to domestic and international manufacturing sites for coordination.

What You Offer

  • Project management experience in industrial/electrical/field serviceenvironments

  • Ability to read drawings schedules and technical submittals

  • Familiarity with Bluebeam MS Dynamics ERPCRMand project tracking tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to lead take initiative assess risk problem solve and detail-oriented

  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field; MBA is a plus

  • Five plus years project management experience

  • Experience in the industrial power equipment or related industry

  • Experience working with international teams is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and remotely
