• Lead coach and hold accountable a team of Mobile Sales & Service Technicians and Shop Technicians across multiple locations.
• Manage scheduling and dispatch to ensure quick response to customer emergencies and efficient use of technicians.
• Maintain organized safe and compliant shops trucks and inventory.
• Handle escalated customer issues communicate clearly and help build longterm relationships.
• Monitor key operational metrics (response times revenue per truck labor efficiency overtime repeat calls etc.) and act on the results.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance inventory replenishment and supplier orders.
• Participate in an afterhours and weekend oncall rotation with the other Operations Manager and Dispatcher including answering phones and coordinating response to urgent calls as part of our standard 24/7 service model.

• 35 years of supervisory or management experience in a service field operations or technical environment.
• Strong leadership and accountability: you set clear expectations address performance issues and develop your team.
• High sense of urgency and comfort working in a fastpaced dispatchdriven business.
• Excellent organization and followthrough with scheduling dispatch and inventory control.
• Clear professional communication with both customers and employees; able to deescalate tough situations.
• Mechanically inclined; hydraulic/industrial experience is a plus but not required for a strong operations leader.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (email spreadsheets service/dispatch software).
• Willing and able to share in the afterhours and weekend oncall rotation as a standard part of this salaried role.
