Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys operations. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that will improve efficiency productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity of the company

- Manage and optimize the use of resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Monitor and analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Oversee the hiring training and development of operational staff

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery

- Prepare and present reports to the executive team on operational performance and progress towards goals

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management preferably in the contracting industry

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the contracting industry
