Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in an applicable field required or equivalent experience in health care; with strong computer skills and knowledge.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum working in an office setting in Certification/Registration
Other: Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers and follow instructions.
- Verbal ability required to read and understand manuals. Numerical ability required to make calculations.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments conceptualize and formulate finished product.
- Ability to performance manage suppliers and contractors.
- Requires proficient and proven knowledge and use of various computer software such as Microsoft Outlook PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must have experience with database management.
- Ability to manage time and materials efficiently.
- Requires exceptional customer service skills and ability to achieve department goals.
- Ability to adapt and re-set goals for rapidly changing work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: 2 or more years of formal training in data management accounting purchasing or office management.
- Trained in the use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience: 5 or more years working as an office manager or department assistant in a healthcare environment.
