Possess strong skills in organizational management and task completion as well as the ability to multi-task while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently accurately and collaboratively as appropriate. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong interpersonal and administrative skills are needed. Must exhibit good professional judgement computer skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Familiarity with computerized financial aid systems especially Ellucian Banner and previous college financial aid experience is preferred. Valid drivers license required.
