Operations Analyst

I. Job Summary

Operations Analysts are responsible for District/MSA data analytics and addition they work hand in hand with Senior District Manager to deliver data for coaching to each site every day. This position requires an understanding of systems applications and experience in data analytics as well as interdepartmental interaction. This job will have some travel dependent on the size of the MSA the Ops Analyst is assigned to.

Location: Lodi CA - Ideally looking for local Candidates. This role is 100% onsite.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Business partner for Senior District Manager.
• Prepares data for daily coaching conversations for all RMs
• Support analysis and review of the day-to-day operations of the District.
• Partners with District Managers to prepare reports on data summaries changes and trends for use by management to include Safety Service and Efficiency. Others as needed and necessary.
• Works directly with the Area Logistics Expert (ALE) to ensure periodic route reviews.
• Supports Standard Operating Procedures for data collection.
• Participates in regular business reviews with Senior District Manager to focus on business opportunities.
• Recommends changes updates and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise.

A. Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

B. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science or similar field.

PAY: The expected base pay range for this Office/on-site position is $70000 - $75000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience education training certifications qualifications and work location.
