Operations Analyst

Crestfield Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support business processes workflow coordination internal reporting and day-to-day operational improvement.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who is organized comfortable working with data and business systems and able to identify ways to improve efficiency across teams.

• Support daily operational reporting and workflow tracking

• Maintain accurate business records and process documentation

• Review operational data and identify trends or inconsistencies

• Assist with internal reporting and performance updates

• Coordinate with different teams on operational requests

• Track deadlines action items and process improvements

• Help maintain internal systems spreadsheets and documentation

• Support projects focused on improving business efficiency

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and business software

• Good attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Previous operations business support or analytical experience is preferred
