Procurement & Purchasing
Source negotiate and purchase raw materials components and finished goods.
Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Planning & Inventory Management
Develop and execute material requirement plans based on production schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust procurement strategies to avoid shortages or overstock.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align supply with demand.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination
Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Resolve supply issues delays or quality concerns proactively.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track procurement KPIs such as lead times cost savings and inventory turnover.
Prepare regular reports for management on purchasing trends and planning accuracy.
Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure adherence to company policies contracts and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and planning processes.
