ONBOARDING COORDINATOR
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical employee Onboarding Coordinator to join our this role your contributions will ensure that the employee onboarding team can consistently and quickly provide a high-quality and engaging welcoming experience to SpaceX new hires. Your efforts will also help maximize the employee onboarding teams potential and impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience from the moment they have accepted an offer
- Schedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites
- Communicate with all internal stakeholders regarding the status of new hires
- Verify the employmenteligibilityof all new hires
- Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to streamline our onboarding experience
- Provide outstanding service to our new hires by responding in a timely manner to their questions
- Track maintain and order onboarding supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with other team members to activelysourcenew development resourcesas needed based onrequests from fellow team members the HR team or people managers
- Perform other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree
- 1 years of professional experience in marketing human resources customer service or an administrative capacity
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with HR recruiting and/or onboarding
- Experience working daily in applicant tracking and human resources information systems
- Strong multi-tasking organizational and time management skills with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks
- Ability to learn quickly on the joband work in a dynamic organization with rapidly changing needs
- High level of self-motivation initiative and sense of urgencyto get things done
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint Word Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday a plus
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This isnot a remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the Redmond WA area
- Position occasionally requires the ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:
Level 1: $27.00
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills education and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
