WHAT YOULL BE DOING
The Data Analyst supports the tracking and purchasing of all bulk materials by performing a variety of administrative and transactional tasks including inventory processing and material tracking. Additionally this role supports managers and the leadership team in executing strategic projects as well as ensuring invoicing is correct and coded properly.
WHAT WE NEED
Collect clean and validate large datasets from multiple sources
Ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of data
Standardize reporting formats and processes
Develop and maintain regular reports (daily weekly monthly) on procurement and inventory metrics
Create dashboards and visualizations (Excel Power BI Tableau etc.)
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights
Prepare detailed reports on cost analysis spend tracking and material usage
Track inventory levels usage rates and material movement across locations
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
Monitor supplier metrics (delivery times quality compliance). Support supply chain sourcing and operations teams through detailed data analysis reporting and process tracking
Assist with import and export documentation transaction review and compliance support
Support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) activities including inventory tracking admissions withdrawals reconciliations and reporting (FTZ experience a plus
Track tariff and duty exposure spreadsheets
Preferred Experience:
5 years of experience in procurement supply chain or inventory management
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.) preferred
Advanced Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas)
Data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau)
Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems
Data analysis and reporting skills
