CreatingTestplanswiththebusinessensuringrepeatableprocessesareinplacebeyondthelifecycleofthecurrentproject
Documentingrepeatablesteps/processes(technicaldocumentation)forthebusinessareatorefertoaspartofmaintenanceplanning
ResponsibleforfacilitatingrequirementgatheringmeetingstoidentifyimpactedbusinessprocessesanddocumenttheprojectbusinessrequirementsAttendeesincluderelevantprojectteammembersandstakeholdersasidentifiedintheCommunicationPlan
ResponsibleforadheringtotheprojectschedulebydevelopingandmaintainingtheprojectbacklogduringAgileprojectsandworkingwiththeproductownertosetprioritythroughoutthedurationofproject
Responsibleforunderstandingprojectscopeandactivelymonitoringrequirementsprocesstomaintainadherencetotheobjectivessetfortheproject
Responsibleforunderstandinghigh-levelinformationgovernanceobjectivesandensuringappropriateStakeholderinclusionand/orawarenessregardingdatarequirements
ResponsibleforappropriateresolutionofcriticalITissuesasitpertainstotheBArole
Responsibleforunderstandingprojectspecificbenefitsandrelatedimpactofchangestoprojectscopeorbusinessrequirements
EnsuresSEM(systemengineeringmethodology)deliverablesfortheprojectthatarearesponsibilityoftheBAarecompletedreviewedandapprovedinalignmentwithareaprocesses
Worksdirectlywithprojectteamincludingvendorpartnersforrolessuchasuserinterface/userexperience(UI/UX)solutionarchitectsdatabaseadministratorsdevelopersQAtestersandotherstoensureunderstandingoftherequirementsfunctionalitysizeandscalabilityoftheITsolution
